The truth is that our service area extends far beyond the eastern shore, traveling as far north as Potsdam, NY, westward to Kingston, ON, and south to Syracuse, NY. In fact, we have had client and partner engagements as far south as New Jersey and west to Detroit, MI.

Nik Systems was founded to provide the small business community of Northern New York, and neighboring Canada, with premier access to big business process management capability at a smaller scale.

We offer small business teams an agile method of breaking down, documenting, simplifying, and improving upon the deeply complex hierarchy of tasks that drives their small business operations.

We help you protect your bottom line, provide organizational memory, establish the quality of your products and services, and map functionality for new and improved software design.
We help you say with authority how exactly it is that you get your work done.

Our blog was originally designed as an outlet to give you, our community of Peak Performers, insight into the growth and culture of our company.

In this latest version of our blog, we want to stick to that historic mission and expand upon it.

Process development work is really systems work, and it touches on the overlapping influence of people, processes, and technology. Nik Systems blog is going to evolve and help you, our community of Peak Performers, to achieve Peak Performance in all these things.
